Citizens Energy Group interview questions

It was a phone interview first off and the manager was extremely helpful and very easy to talk to. Not very stressful. The second round of interviews consisted of interviewing in person with the manager as well as two other directors. They were all very nice and tried to make things as simple as could be.

Every interview is based off of the SHARE model. I would become very familiar with this for this interview - you cannot skip any of the questions. For every interview, they pick from a bank of questions.
