For Fresh grads, just like any other company, you will undergo hr's examination for their reference. You will then proceed to the IT dept for technical examinations. Part 1: Sql Examination and basic Programming concepts if you passed, part 2: Make an application using you specified language (vb.net or c#.net) related to part 1. Each exams is good for one hour.

Initial interview with the HR. 3 part of technical exam. 1st part (30mins) output tracing 5pts. 2nd part (30mins) MS SQL, you must know how to select using LIKE, wildcard %%, NOT IN, using TOP, . 3rd (1hr) Basic programming (c# or vb) (insert, update, delete, filter) using data gridview, must know connection string format (ms sql)
