I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citco (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2009
Interview
I got a call from a HR manager, I didnt seem to be a good fit as I was looking for more of a front office career but I was found on a job site and contacted. In the middle of the conversation the HR manager said she had to run to a meeting and said she would call me back that day. I heard nothing back. A week later a different HR rep called me saying she found my profile and contacted me (independent from the first instance). I was brought in for an interview, and it was with the Senior HR Rep from the first call and then a Manager and a VP. I had to write a draft letter to a client, and then some basic math. The interview was more of a chat, then a real interview. It seemed like they were more interested in my personality then skills. I left the interview and got a call and offer on my drive home. Interview process is easier than an eye exam (assuming you are not blind).
I applied online and a half month later I got the phone call from HR. It was a very nice talk and the recruiter gave me much advice. The interview process is easy, just to know more about you.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Citco
Interview
Took about 7 weeks from first phone interview to the in person interview. I had thought they didnt want to hire because they took so long to respond to the phone interview to call me for an in person.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citco (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2015
Interview
Interview was nice and both interviewers were friendly during the initial meet. However, they are not that friendly and if they stay at the office working late, its almost expected that you stay too....
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They would ask you regular questions, like weakness, strength, etc. They will also ask some behavior questions and how you would react in some situational questions.
