The interview was fairly straightforward and is exactly what you would expect. Interviewers ask questions specific to your experience and why you seek the position you are now seeking. There are no curveball questions.

They ask for too much personal financial information. They complete a credit report, ask for 2 previous of W-2s, and most current paystub. This was the deal breaker for me. Their offer is at the low end of the market. I declined the offer asking for an exception first, however this is their policy and couldn't budge. Had this not been a contingency to employment I would have accepted the job. Additionally, they place you on salary making it very clear you must be on time at 8am but they aren't willing to pay you overtime. The atmosphere was very casual, the people I spoke with in HR and the department all were lovely. Seems like a growing company.
