I had to engage in a first round interview which basically was a formality in which I was answering basic questions about cisco and answering a bit about myself.
The second hiring manager interview was where I had to explain my motivations to study and apply my work experience tenures and how they make me a suitable candidate.

Went through who I was, and how I would fit into the system. Overall really good process.
I would definitely recommend to those looking down that degree apprenticeship route as an excellent entry point.
