Contacted quickly by recruiter after online submission. Initial candidate review held in 2 days, weeks pass before I hear again. Assigned now 2 recruiters Notified to submit W2 data to external firm for background check by second recruiter, to do so in a fixed time frame. Outside firms system does not allow me to update info, no contact numbers, or humans to speak to in order to resolve the problem. I contact 2nd Cisco recruiter to resolve this problem, I do not hear back from her. I then contact the 1st recruiter After days pass I am emailed and told it was a mistake I should have not been asked to submit. They ask if I have any questions, I say yes, Does this mean Im no longer a candidate for the job, 4 weeks pass, Im contacted for a phone interview with the hiring manager, After 2 interviews I am informed Im not advancing to the 3rd step.
