Very straightforward stages, expectations of the company were clearly stated. Work to fulfil the criteria and you can succeed. Each hiring manager was very courteous, clear and respectful. You can see that there is a great culture at the company simply from interacting with their hiring staff. They also provided feedback at the end which was reassuring and useful to my own personal development.
Asked scenario questions with examples you must provide and results it delivered.
8 interviews needed prior to final round. Offer competitive but stock not great enough so turned it down .

3 rounds (manager , team, director). Questions about my experience and personality. HR would not inform the package beforehand. Online process via webex. Nice format easy to follow. Not difficult but 3 rounds felt too much.
