Interview
First interview took place in Dec, the second interview early Jan. HR generally good at setting up the meetings. Now it's almost end of Feb and I still have no feedback. Very unprofessional and lack of respect for an individuals time.
Good company, fast interview process. I like the team and have heard good things as well from ex colleagues who joined Cisco in general. Recruiter was also very helpful and prepared me for the interview. I did not join as the timing was not right for me, but would recommend this as a place to work.

The interview process went well. The discussion was engaging, and I appreciated the opportunity to share my experience and learn more about the role and team. I’m looking forward to hearing the next steps.
5 Step Process. Two recruiter, team members, VP. Process is quite simple, however recruiter might not know entirely the need of the business. Unfortunately not being able to speak to VP, to really understand what the company needed at this point in time.
