They care about your skills, rather than your background. They have a template which they provide and you got to fill that, everyone is provided a unique number. You are instructed not to disclose any of your personal details in the due course of your interview.

Cisco arranged an small on-campus interview after the career fair in my college. The one-one interview last for nearly an hour. Two behavior questions first and then some technical questions, no question about my resume. I received an email telling me to wait after a week, but no further feedback after that email.

Two behavior question: how to do if everyone around you don't support your idea? how to do if you have to learn a new thing at work without any help?
debug question for a C program about pointer; easy algorithm question, how to find the only one duplicate number in an array? What if all the elements in the array are sequential, for example, 1~100, but has one duplicate number.
The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a behavioral interview. Straightforward questions, like tell me about the most technically challenging project you have worked on. The second round was a system design interview.
