Interview
it took around 4 weeks, there were 3 rounds of interview, the 1st one was the code pairing challenge which was straight forward, the rest were just unstructured discussions with 2 other engs asking you about a challenge you had in the past and try to find out how deep you are in what you claim.
the strange part is that they don't seem very transparent, after having all interviews I got rejected by a templated email with the subject thank you for you're time :))
I asked for feedback and they didn't responded so far, beside what they have mentioned on that template. my advice is to not waste your time with them.

Interview
First round interview was with Hiring manager, and went into behavioral question after brief talk. The behavioral question is similar to those of Amazon. I did not advance to next round.

Interview
I applied online. Recruiters, hiring managers, and engineers are very nice people. Interviews are described well. There were many steps. I failed at the first technical interview.
First interview:
There is a pair engineer and an observer engineer. A small story with a small project, and three tasks to accomplish. Tasks are easy but the aim is to refactor the given code while solving tasks. Duration is 40 minutes so don't get lost in reading several times or running after weird cases. The story is actually straightforward, with no hidden tricks. Just start with test cases. Always check with the pair programmer. I aimed to refactor after the third task but I forgot about the time. At least refactor the obvious parts.
I also spent a lot of time talking and sharing what can be done instead of coding. Talking is good but don't forget to code.
