I applied after Cintas spammed TikTok about them hiring in Houston. I got an interview with a recruiter about a week later. It was a phone interview and overall it went well. I was told she was going to contact the Houston office for a follow up and made it seem like I was going to move forward with a second interview. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything I reached out. No answer nor a call back after leaving a voicemail. I got completely ghosted not even an email that they weren’t going to move forward. The least they could have done was that. Super unprofessional and unorganized.
