i'm not sure if this company outsources their recruiters or what, but i have had two bad interview processes here. the first was a couple years ago and i was still employed with another company. the interview was in the afternoon and i got a call around 11 a.m. saying they couldn't make it because the manager has been out all morning. i explained i took pto off for this interview and couldn't keep taking off pto. they had me sit in front of someone that was unrelated to sales and had no idea about the role. i never even got a call back about the interview. the second time was about a wek ago. the recruiter was an hour late to the appointment. he was totally unprepared and i had to wait several minutes at a time for him to pull up his screen for his assessments. he asked very random and general questions, which was very robotic. the whole time you could hear him typing on the computer and it sounded like he wasn't listening to anything i was saying. when we recapped some of my answers, he had them down incorrectly and said it had been a long day. for follow up questions, he didn't know about the territory, customer size, number of accounts, nothing. i still haven't received even an answer to my follow ups. interviewing at this place has been the most unprofessional exeperience i have ever had. for a company that holds themselves in such high regards to culture, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again with the interview, which i instantly regretted. i'm not sure how or why they employ the recruiters they do, but that will be the last time i ever interview with cintas. they have been a major disappointment not once, but twice

Question 1
Would you rather have an employee who does perfect work but is late or a worker who is always on time but does just an acceptable job?
Applied to the customer service rep position a while ago, got a voicemail from the company to call them back when I had time to talk over the phone about my experience and discuss the role so I called but never heard back.

Question 1
They said they wanted to discuss my experience, so I assume they wanted to know about what customer service roles I have previously been in.
