I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Dec 2022
Interview
First interview via Teams, second interview in-person, third interview via Teams. I was told the entire process is about 5-6 interviews but I only made it halfway through. You have different interviewers each time so they all ask roughly the same questions so it can get a bit tedious, however, all the interviewers were very nice and did their best to put me at ease during the interviews. The communication was very good between interviews as well up until my third one where they determined not to move forward with my candidacy. I had to reach out to them to get a response.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Walk me through your resume. If I were to call your previous employer, what is one thing they would say you excelled at and one thing you need to improve on? Tell me about a time you disagreed with your boss and how you handled it. Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
