Very thorough. Three phases of interviews. First interview is a virtual interview with the HR Manager. The second interview is in person with the Service Manager. The third interview is a virtual interview with the Sales Director and the Sales Manager.

She told me that the following is what a standard interview run looks like for a KAM: For Key Account Manager- 1st interview with General Manager (in person) 2nd interview with HR Manager (over the phone or in person) 3rd interview- ½ day shadow day to get a good understanding of the overall business and the accounts you will be managing (in person) 4th interview with Sales Director (via Teams video) 5th interview with the Group VP (via Teams video) Above is what the recruiter told me….,,,My 1st step was with HR via teams and my 2nd interview was actually with the general manager.
