Interview
Very comfortable and productive interview. The interviewer was very friendly and opened. The questions were personable. They want to make sure they have the right people for the right job. They wanted motivated candidates who are willing to work hard and stay with the company in the long run.
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
