I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Ottawa, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process is very long. I had 3 separate interviews which were all very scripted as well as an on the job "preview". 1 phone interview which was about 5 minutes and was very casual. Then I had an interview with the floor manager which was very scripted and I was asked regular business stuff like what my strengths and weaknesses are. I was then called in for another in person interview on a different day for an interview with the general manager. Once again very scripted with questions read off a sheet. Nothing very difficult but there didn't seem to be any time to "show yourself off" so to speak, just very stiff. The on person preview was accurate to the job so no problems there but the hours weren't brought up until I asked a co-worker (the hours are fluctuated based on the amount of loading/unloading to do)
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Jersey Village, Harris, TX) in Jan 2023
Interview
Quick and easy. Straight to the point in what you can do. Job Is easy to understand from front to back. The management is easy to talk to and they process you faster than any where else. But common sense isn't a strong suit.
basic phone interview first and then in person interview and a tour of the facilities, very straightforward on what is expected and what the company provides. Make sure to ask plenty of questions

I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Rockford, IL) in Feb 2022
Interview
I had an over the phone interview, 1st interview and then a field day, 2nd interview and final interview. I met with many people and while it was lengthy it was condensed into a few trips. Everyone was very friendly and informative about the role.
