I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas in Jan 2021
Interview
I was contacted by multiple people (regional managers, sales reps, etc) and recruiters for about 4 months prior to accepting an interview. I was hesitant based on the reviews I read about the company (culture, pay, benefits, etc). I decided to accept a call from a recruiter. I talked to her twice. Then that followed up with an interview with a regional manager. Overall the interview went really well, the manager was nice and informative. Overall, the micromanaging of in office cold-calling days and little autonomy in your territory along with the low pay and little PTO, it just wasn’t a good fit.

About previous sales experience and general sales questions
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cintas (Norcross, GA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Very Straight forward, they wanted to make sure you wer comfortable in Cold Calling, miniscule paperwork, as well as door to door prospecting - as long as you are competent and can prove you have experience that can translate, you should be ok.
