I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cintas (Mason, OH)
Interview
The interview process was very rigorous. We were flown in the day before the "interview circuit" We were awoken the next morning and taken to a private residence to conduct a full day of interviews. There were about 8 interviews lasting in time increments of 30, 45, and 1 hour from what I remember. The interviews were rotational with a timekeeper moving the entire process along. The interviews ranged from personality based, behavioral based, STAR method explanation, etc. All were conducted by current Cintas employees who were at one point apart of the Global Supply Chain program. After the interviews, we were shuttled to the headquarters and given a tour of the entire facility. The entire process was to stress you with non-stop interviews and really caused you to prepare with beforehand.

Question 1
What type of work environment do you feel produces the best results?
I applied online. I interviewed at Cintas (Cincinnati, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
I had a twenty minute phone interview for the position, with a variety of questions. Nothing technical, several questions regarding the position itself. They wanted an employee that understood the goals of the position and felt that they would be able to further those goals immediately.
