I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Fort Myers, FL) in May 2017
Interview
Old school "by the book" and generic interview process. 4 interviews plus a ride along with someone already in the role of the position you're applying for. Not impressed with interview process as it is outdated and needs improved.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.

Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
