I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (Charlottetown, PE) in Jun 2017
Interview
1. I had the impression I was the wrong gender. (Had a feeling he was looking for the +10 blonde hair female that could sell ice to Eskimos);
2. He made the mistake of telling me the company had a very high turnover which at the point bells and whistles went off;
3. The questions were easy, not too difficult to answer but I felt rushed like he was in a hurry to move on to the next person.
4. No offer was made and no one called or emailed me back with a, "Yes" or 'No"; NOT impressed!!
A phone interview with a recruiter. Then an in person interview in the office with a route manager. Then a ride along with a rep. Then a final interview with the building manager.
Interview process is kinda extreme for what you’ll be doing after. It’s at least 5 interviews. The job there after is pretty easy and straight forward the things they ask you to remember and are tested over later, you’ll never use day to day.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cintas (Stockton, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Just overall job and about Cintas. What services they provide and what are the next steps in the process. Asked about locations I would like to work at. Lastly, talked about how to promote within the company.
