I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Cintas (New Orleans, LA) in Mar 2012
Interview
It took at least two and half weeks for a response. I received a phone call for a interview scheduled for March 15. I prepare myself by actually knowing what services they provide and such. Have a couple of spare resumes, just in case. Day of the interview, came to the Harahan, LA (New Orleans Region) location early to be punctual. Notify the secretary that I have appointment with the Senior HR Manager. Waited at least 15-20 minutes after the set appointment time till the HR Manager came and introduced herself. The feel was very neutral and calming, she asked general questions like "what are three qualities that see yourself to qualify for this job?" and such. I was certain that I aced the interview. The interviewer let me that the "work/life balance" is very important and that they don't work weekends, which was a shocker since I also checked on here about Cintas, but that was after the fact I applied for this position. She did mention relocation, which was not on the job description.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
