next step- may take several weeks but if move forward will have zoom with regional and then VP. If a turn down is not received then you are still being considered for the role. For me, step 1+2 happened within 5 days. TBD if I move to 2-3

Interview
The interview process is very thorough. There was two phone interviews, four face to face interviews, and the final meeting with the VP. Please be advised, the candidate can be eliminated at any point of the process. You must do well on each interview to be considered for the next step in the process. You must also pass a background and drug screening after the offer is made. Cintas is looking for a culture fit, not just a clock "puncher".

Interview
I interviewed with the senior recruiter and the interview asked general management questions. Since I found out about the role through LinkedIn, the recruiter explained more about the role and responsibilities, training provided, and specifics about the actual region the role would be in.

Three step process with a field ride. Recruiter was first, pretty standard. Second was field ride and final with the general manger. Pretty straight forward process, took about 2 weeks.
