I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2016
Interview
Fairly intense. I had to interview several times with different GM's and supervisors. They want to make sure you are up for the task since it is a lengthy program. All of the GM's and supervisors seemed motivating and that they were truly looking for a great candidate to lead their company in the future.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
