Behavioral Interviews: These interviews focus on the candidate's past behavior and experiences to predict future performance. The interviewer asks situational or behavioral questions to assess how the candidate has handled specific situations in the past.
Very relaxed and conversational. Felt at ease as we talked about our mutual expectations for the job, as well as our favorite movies. Overall the conversation felt welcoming and at the same time very to the point.
The interview process was quick and informative. I was asked a scenario about how much an order came up to and had to do the calculation on the spot. I was also asked what the latest movie I saw was.
