Interview
The process is fairly simple and quick. I went into a one on one interview with the manager and he asked me some basic “get to know me” questions. After the short interview, he said he’d get back to me about the training session. He got back to me that day I believe and sent me an email with the time and date for the training which was about a week later.
The manager seemed like they were just trying to get warm bodies to work the front counter and upsell. All around unpleasant. I knew I didn’t want to work there from the first five minutes of conversing.

Interview
it was fun! it was very chill and the interviewer was very friendly. the questions asked were standard and a lot about ways you would approach customer service. told me about the job description and asked about my availability
the interviewer made me feel less nervous and told me all details like i would have to work Christmas. she was [pretty her name was justine. we got married and then divorced shortly after. greatest five days of my life. my mom is still pissed at me because of that whole situation.
