Interview
I went to the interview 10 minutes early and waited 20 minutes total until I got interviewed. She was nice. She just asked me basic questions like, why I want to work there, why should they hire me, my availability, if I have reliable transportation, and they asked me what my strength and weakness are. She also talked about the schedule and how my hours will get cut once the holidays are over and talked about the uniform policy. After the interview, she said she’ll call by the end of the night if I got hired or not but she didn’t call so I assumed she didn’t want to hire me. But then I got a call 2 days after and told me I was hired!
The interview process consists of three stages involving both a recruiter and multiple hiring managers. After the initial screening interview, candidates proceed to a discussion with the technical hiring manager, followed by an interview with the regional manager, and finally a meeting with a senior manager. This structured process helps evaluate both technical expertise and overall fit within the organization.
Mine was very rudimentary and fast. It was based on what I can tell, mostly on vibes, and if you can fit in with the other employees. I found it to be a very easy process with only one or two questions.
