Here, basically, if you get an interview, you're already hired. I got this interview back in December and have watched the summer interviews, and if they call you, you got it. They have very low standards here, it's basically teenagers willing to work for minimum wage. You can't screw this up, even if you go high, because chances are, the interview manager is, too.
Pretty simple, they asked the generic interview questions and also things like what’s your favorite movie, where do you see yourself in 5 years, and also what skills would you bring to the cinemark family.

Interview
Sat on a chair in the lobby to be interviewed by a manager. It was during business hours with customers passing by and other workers. There were others waiting on chairs to be interviewed
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cinemark (Kenosha, WI) in Oct 2015
Interview
Interviewed by two guys who asked pretty basic questions. I don't really know what else to say other than it was average and they were understanding of my nervousness. I was nervous as it was only my third interview and there were two older men interviewing me.
