Interview
After having phone interview, was told I would get either rejection email or phone call in a week or less. Called to follow up after a week of no correspondence, received a call from someone saying I was in great status, had great phone interview and that it could be more time to hear back, following business day, received a vague email of rejection. Would be nice to know why but would be nice to hear from the exact recruiter who interviewed you in the beginning phase.

The WORST interview experience ever! After 5, maybe even 6, interview stages (a mixed of phone, F2F and video calls), I was declined/rejected (at final stage) by the person who started the whole recruitment process because, and I quote, "our Client is looking for someone more normal". YES, you heard it right; "more normal". Shocking back then, and still shocking now. My biggest regret? I should have contacted HR and report them to the Authorities:, but i did not have anything in writing.

Straightforward, easy to manage, and fast response. There are about 3 rounds, with someone from the UK, a manager in the HK office and again VP from the UK. They also wanted to negotiate down on the offer. But in the end overall, the interview process is pretty smooth to handle.
