Conversational interviews, overall a good vibe and the staff was welcoming. Each interview was about an hour or longer. The process itself was lengthy and they didn't call when they said they'd call. They got offended when I casually and politely presented a counter offer and sent a long email listing a number of reasons for retracting their offer. lol
