Employer asked basic questions of experience, a long with set up questions that required describing scenarios where you dealt with problems and how you solved them. Example: describe a time where you experienced a difficult customer. How did you handle the situation and what was the outcome ? Only one person asked and interacted in questions. Upper management did not participate but did thank for application and interview.
