Interview
Very simple, filled out the application in the store head back around 2-3 weeks later. Ask you to come in for an interview first, which is very behavioral nothing out of the ordinary. Then if it goes well they offer you a job
I initially talked with a manager. But because the store was busy, they were leaving during the middle of the interview. After this round, I had a quick convo with general manager and they hired me on the spot.
It was a pretty simple process. I had plenty of experience prior so when they interviewed me it felt pretty natural. It was stress-free and very welcoming and an overall enjoyable experience.
I was let into the establishment and sat down at a booth as I waited for the hiring manager. We went through my resume and I was asked questions about it. I was also asked questions about my availability and feelings toward the job.
