The interviews itself were very easy, and the interviewers were nice. I had one phone screening and 3 rounds of interviews. To be in the CAP, you just need to be confident in your skills and express your interest. They really focused on my background and who I am as a person.

Interview
The interview process at Chubb typically is pretty lengthy. Focusing on behavioral and technical questions relevant to the position after the first HR interview. which could involve a panel discussion or deeper technical and case-based assessments for the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th interview if needed, it isn't a breeze of an interview process, they are looking for motivated and disciplined individuals who are eager to learn and have a long term interest in insurance.
L1 technical interview: ask you tech questions abt sql, java, dbms
They were relatively straightforward. Just brush up on the basics.
