The first stage of the hiring process is a HireVue interview. This is a pre-recorded video interview where you have one or two minutes to think about each question before recording your response.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Christie's
Interview
First they looked at resume, then they sent out a Hireview (recorded video), then zoom call with a person from hiring department, its good to have connections to get job here (less than 2% acceptance rate)

Asked greatest weakness/strength, why the art world, why Christie's, time you worked in a group, time you had to manage conflict, and time you felt you failed
CV Screening > HR interview (online) - in English, Chinese, Cantonese > Panel head interview (physical) > Offer
The department would be assigned by HR.
It took around 30 minutes for both interviews.
