The whole interview process is with two of the seniors who are very friendly. They will ask you some standard questions nothing too difficult. And they would ask you about your experiences, felt like talking to peers.

Interview
I was invited for a written test to test my Chinese writing skills and if I pass, I would move on to the next stage of the interview. The test was to translate simplified Chinese to English and English to Chinese.
