Was ok.professional but ghosted . Didn’t provide lots of detail asked for more info and never returned emails after couple of follow ups. Not a lot of clarity on next steps

I interviewed 4 times until final round with HR, management and leadership. After 4th and final interview, Christian Dior Couture ghosted me, despite chasing for updates and feedback. Naturally this says everything about the company culture and reflects very poorly on the brand. In addition, the format of the interviews reflected a very antiquated attitude towards hiring and work culture. Both HR and hiring team either asked my age or made remarks about it, and also asked where I am from. HR remarked my physical appearance in a favourable way. Such comments and questions cannot and would not be asked in France or other modern societies. And finally, on my first interview I was left waiting on hold right after the call started with no explanation. On my second, the interviewer was reading text messages on his phone, while I was talking to him. On my third, the interviewer showed up 15mins late and on my fourth, the interviewer showed up 30mins late. Clearly Dior Middle East has ample room for improvement from a candidate and cultural perspective.

many steps on the process .. easy questions but took too long time between process. they called me 3 weeks between each interview.. and after several interviews radio silence from them .
