First email from recruiter then a screening all then interviews with hiring manager and about 2 other people. Seems a bit long but they’re pretty transparent about the entire process
I applied online. I interviewed at Chobani (New York, NY) in Feb 2026
Interview
Started with a Recruiter Screen, then went into a Hiring Manager Screen, then into a technical screen. It was originally set to a group interview but some interviewers could not make it last second, so less people than designed. Questions within the technical screen were very specific to the job role, although would say the questions didn't seem to align explicitly with what a person in this position would mainly be responsible for, and fell into a grey area of responsibilities.

Question 1
What types of projects have you worked on and did they involved multiple stakeholders?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chobani (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
Interview process was fairly straightforward but a bit slow. I had to withdraw during the final round as I received an offer from another company. I messaged and apologized to the recruiter as I had to withdraw but no acknowledgement of the email. It validated my decision not to work for Chobani
