I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Charlotte, NC) in May 2015
Interview
I went in first for an open group interview with the GM. The next I was interviewed by the morning crew and service manager. The process of interviewing took me 3 days, which is longer than most. When interviewing be sure to know about the company and its history. It's important that they choose employees who are passionate about the company.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
