I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Chipotle in Jun 2015
Interview
The process took about a week. I applied on Sunday, got an email Wednesday and was asked to interview on Saturday. The interview process was very fast, and only took about 20 minutes. The manager I talked to was very nice and it felt more like a conversation than an interview, at the end she told me that I would find out if I would be called back for a second interview by the end of the next day. It's now Monday, so they must've moved on to another candidate.

Question 1
How much do you know about Chipotle and its mission?
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2026
Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
