Interview
I got to the store fifteen minutes early and the manager came out and interviewed me. he was snarky and being jerk and laughed at some of my answer (not in a good way), and he really wasn't taking the interview seriously. At one point a girl came out and interviewed me and he left to go do something else. I got an email later that night saying they didn't need me.
Easy, straight forward questions. Started as a group interview and ended up being offered the job along with 2 other people. It was very casual and no pressure. Interviewer was friendly.

Explain a time when you handled an upset customer?
Asked questions about what positions work best for you, why you want to work there, what makes you a good fit there, where you see yourself in 5 years. Very simple and open to answer any questions I had

Interview
Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
