China Mobile International interview questions

I was invited to complete a written test and attend an group interview. The written test mainly assessed English proficiency and the ability to apply it in workplace scenarios. The group interview has a relatively relaxed atmosphere and friendly interviewers.

Group Discussion as the first round and Individual Interview as the second round. The first round is something about project management in a team, I feel they pretty emphasis on the team dynamic as a core element. There is also a team investment/ marketing game during the group interview. It doesn't matter who is winning; it matters the role that you are in the team, how you interact with others.
