I found the job position thru an employment site. After mostly a week, i got a text from HR asking if I am available for an interview. I got at the site a little bit late. We ask to fill up a pre employment form and after that i took series of exams. Those who did not pass the exam will not proceed to the initial interview. The initial interview is not that nerve wracking. I just asked about my resume and personal background.
