The process started with an online assessment, and if you pass, you move on to the initial interview with HR. The HR interview was pretty standard, focusing on my background, experience, and interest in the role. The next steps were clearly explained, so I felt well-guided throughout. The second stage was challenging but enjoyable (though I imagine it varies depending on the batch). The best part was the comprehensive review they provided afterward — the feedback was detailed and genuinely helpful. Overall, it was a great experience, even though I didn’t get in.

Interview
Very casual interview. The interviewer was kind but was definitely assessing me in the back of her mind. Always know what you put on your resume and research about the position you are applying for. Best to ask ahead if other positions are open for application.
Asked to discuss things stated in your resume, usual situational and behavioral questions, asked about your interests and future plans probably to ensure that you'll stick with the company long term
