Chill Space interview questions

Director was a great interviewer, asking me the normal questions, answering my questions clearly and describing the position and what would be expected of me. My second interview with owner was vague. He hired me because he liked my smile and general vibe. Was not clear on compensation. I gave him my salary requirements when he gave me what he could afford to pay me, untaxed, until he could get the business on the books. When I was let go 2 months later, I was asked for my social security no. and other info for tax purposes. Another very unprofessional move on their part.
