The interview process was pretty easy. The job doesn’t require much past experience. Show that you are passionate about the populations that the company serves and that you are willing to learn new ways of life.

Very easy, straight forward, nice management and a calm environment. Got hired on the spot. Was taken to another room where I was presented an offer letter. They asked me if I wanted full or part time, shift in looking for, and when I can start orientation.
