Preliminary interview is over zoom - they probably did not read your resume before it.
Second interview is in person - they task you with creating a design presentation that will take you a minimum of an hour. You’ll be unattended in the office while you can hear the lead architect berating the designers.

1st step a phone interview and the 2nd step was an in-person interview. On the 2nd interview he had me pull together some materials and do some detailing on CAD.
