So, because of the pandemic, I had an interview over the phone with the recruiter. The mini interview went well, she just looked over my resume, asked me what I did there and why I left. She then asked me my experience with working with other people on the team.

Quick and easy interview... Director of the program was nice and upfront about her requirements and demands in order to work there. I do really great at coming up with side conversations during interviews so what would been a 30 minute interview ended out to be a 3 hour interview with a tour of the center. The actually interview itself was about 20 minutes.My best advice to you is to get there early, dress appropriate , greet with a big smile and BE YOURSELF.

Smooth and detailed to make sure I’m qualified. Wants people that have a passion for kids and classroom management. Making sure credentials and education matches job description. Making an observation in multiple classrooms
