First, you have an interview with the CEO and COO. Once you have passed that interview, you move on an interview with the rest of the leadership team. After those two interviews an offer or rejection email will be sent.

Interview
2 interviews. First one is with the executive team. If you make it through the first, you are interviewed by the team. Team asks you questions about the favorite projects you have worked on, who inspires you, why do you want to do what you do.
