There is two interviews process. First, with a senior leader and, second, with the hiring manager. It takes about 2 weeks to get a respond back whether you are determine to be hired. It is all about if you are personable and if you can work in a team.

zoom meeting where they asked me questions about my strengths and weaknesses and what i bring. It was easy and they hired me. They asked about how i would represent them and why I wanted to work there.
