      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Dallas, TX) in Aug 2019

      Interview

The interview is up to each individual store and operator so the experience I'm sharing is mine specifically. It usually starts with a phone call (if you work at another chickfila) the operator with connect with the other operator to confirm he isn't taking talent from another store. Then it will proceed with two phases of interviews and then a 3 day working interview with the team.
