Met the hiring person at a career fair and set an appointment for interview for the following week. Met with a panel in the restaurant for the first interview. Interview was very comfortable and low pressure.

You will go through at least two interviews the first is a zoom call and the second is in person if you are applying for manager they will make you take a five week training program before making you manager.
